These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the « GCU ») are intended to define the conditions of use of the Site and the provision of the connection service by Urgence Électricien Toulouse. These GCU therefore do not govern the conditions of intervention or the services offered by the Professionals presented on Urgence Électricien Toulouse.
By accessing the Site or using the service, the Customer declares that they accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. - monitors the performance of Professionals, receives feedback from Customers and resolves complaints and disputes arising from repair work.
It is recalled that under no circumstances does “NorthWind” carry out repair and troubleshooting services (the “Services”), which are provided by the Professional alone, in his name and on his behalf, under his own responsibility and under the legal and financial conditions that he will have defined and which it is up to the Client to validate prior to the performance of the Services.
Process Description
First, the Customer makes a request for intervention from the Emergency Electrician Toulouse call center, indicating precisely the type of intervention required, as well as the location where it is requested, and the necessary contact details.

You will pay the Professional directly by transfer to their business account, by check, by credit card or in cash, depending on the Professional’s terms. The Professional should not ask you for cash payment unless you both agree to it.

“NorthWind” makes its best efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the call center, in accordance with the limits of liability of these T&Cs. “NorthWind” does not guarantee that the Site and the call center are free from anomalies and that their operations are uninterrupted.
Consequently, the Client is reminded that it is their responsibility to take all appropriate measures to minimize the harmful consequences linked in particular to a possible interruption in the operation of the Site or to a loss of the content made available on the Site.
“NorthWind” reserves the right to suspend access to the Site or the call center in whole or in part, to carry out any correction, update, maintenance or to develop the Site.
The Professional
When a Professional wishes to be referenced on our Site, we check that the latter has:
– the qualifications necessary to provide the Services;
– the necessary declarations and registrations with the competent tax center;
– suitable insurance.
“NorthWind” communicates this information upon request from the Customer.
However, please note that “NorthWind” does not check on the following information:
– the solvency of the Professional;
– the Professional’s bankruptcy history;
– the Professional’s criminal record.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the Professional performing the Services is fully qualified and capable of performing the work, “NorthWind” assumes no responsibility for the quality of the Services performed by the Professional.
If you have any doubts about the skills of the Professional contacted by Emergency Electrician Toulouse, please cancel the service and call us immediately and we will investigate the situation.
Code of Conduct
Each Professional who registers for our service must accept our « Code of Conduct. » The Code of Conduct is available on our Website.
The Code of Conduct stipulates that, by law, every Professional must provide an invoice to the Client before payment is received. If you have not received an invoice from the Professional before making payment, please refer to our complaints section for details on how to contact us, and we will investigate the situation.
Payment will be made directly to the Professional. We will be notified by the Professional when this payment has been made. We receive a commission for our services upon this payment. If you have any payment issues, we are available to answer any questions or complaints.
Complaints
Your feedback is important to us and helps us ensure that the Professional provides a quality Service. We do not work with Professionals who do not adhere to our Code of Conduct or comply with their applicable terms of service.
Therefore, if you have a complaint about a Service that has been performed or the conduct of a Professional that we have introduced to you, please let us know using the contact details on the « Contact Us » page of our Site.
Please note, however, that Professionals are not employed by “NorthWind.” We will forward all complaints to the Professionals. This ensures that the Professional is aware of the nature of the complaint and can assess their liability. While we review all complaints and seek to mediate between the Professional and the Client, we are not a party to any dispute or conflict regarding the quality of the work or the manner in which it is carried out.
Furthermore, all reimbursement requests must be made directly to the Professional concerned.
We will do our best to investigate the work carried out and decide with the Client and the Professional on an appropriate solution.
Responsibility
The Client accepts that “NorthWind” is a technological reservation center and that “NorthWind” does not provide or participate in the performance of the Professional’s Services.
Since the activity of Urgence Électricien Toulouse is limited to facilitating the connection between the Professional and the Clients, “NorthWind” cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or faults of the Professional towards the Client, and vice versa.
Urgence Électricien Toulouse limits its activity to the promotion of the Professional who declares to possess the skills and professionalism required to carry out the requested repair services. Urgence Électricien Toulouse therefore does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee their competence and/or expertise on the quality of the assistance, the timeliness of the intervention, the content, the availability or punctuality of the intervention, the absence of errors or the possibility of recourse.
“NorthWind” is therefore not liable to Customers or third parties for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the quality of work performed by the Professional with respect to the Customer. It is further recalled that at no time does “NorthWind” guarantee compliance with the Professional’s obligations described herein.
We recommend that you review all of the terms and conditions of the services provided by the Professional to understand whether they are seeking to contractually exempt themselves from any liability. We remind you that these liability exemption clauses are contrary to consumer law.
Changes to the T&Cs
We reserve the right to remove any service offered on our site. We do not have to give notice, and if we remove a service, we will not be liable to you.
We also reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, for example if we modify our reservation processes or if legislative or regulatory changes require us to update them.
However, we remind you that the contractual conditions applied to your use of the Emergency Electrician Toulouse service will be those in force at the time you request a Professional.
